Overview
This policy is made effective by and between ShanaLeaigh.com (owned by Shana Leaigh, LLC) and the purchaser of the products, whether physical products or digital products from this website’s online shop. The Purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions below by checking the box in the online shopping cart at checkout and submitting payment for the purchasing of physical or digital products.
Digital Products
A digital product is NOT refundable. After purchasing the digital product, the client will be given access to the product materials within 48 hours. through a download delivered in his/her email. The Purchaser will have lifetime access to the materials so long as the product(s) is/are available.
The purchaser is hereby granted one (1) exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to us the digital product. Purchaser understand and agrees that the Product materials may NOT be shared with any third party, including family and friends. In the event, we suspect that the digital products is being shared with another, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the Purchaser’s access to the digital Product.
Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, NO REFUNDS of any payment or fees paid by the Purchaser in connection with the digital product will be allowed under any circumstances. Therefore, the Purchaser should be determine beforehand that they would like to receive the digital product.
Physical Products
For a physical product, we will refund the payment and any fees or offer an exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase of the physical product. If 30 days have passed since your physical product purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. It may take a few days for banks to process any refunds.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to Shana at shanaleaigh.com and send you an email on how to return the item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
